I had a long drive last night in the rain. I hate driving in the rain, don’t you? At one point there was a major downpour, and my 13yo son made the comment that he could barely see out the window. I go back to the gym tomorrow. I walked, and walked, and walked all week in Disney, so I stayed active, but since I got home, I’ve been a slug and tired! I haven’t moved a whole lot, and I need to change that. Now that I’m home, I’ll be back in an active pattern once I get started again tomorrow. I hate that I had 4 lazy days in a row though! That’s a habit that’s too easy to go back to.

I’m back after a nice trip to Florida. I had a blast and more than anything I miss the incredible weather we had. It was comfortable, warm and sunny.
