Self Portrait Sunday: Smiling

I got a little sunburn on my chest on Monday. I put sunblock everywhere, and in all my brilliance, I forgot my chest!
Taking these pictures on Sundays, they are rarely one that I like a lot. This one represents me better, I think. Sometimes my character doesn’t come through, and they seem flat. I’m a very bubbly, silly fun girl who loves to laugh and smile. Usually I hate my smile in pictures, but I’m liking this one today. Not too shabby for turning 40 in June!
I snapped this last night, for Self-Portrait Sunday, since I remembered. I took it while I remembered. If you’d like to participate in Self Portrait Sunday, then check out DigiCass. Take your picture, and leave your permalink in the Self Portrait Sunday posting comments, so everyone can visit you!

Great picture. I have to remember to tell you that you don’t look 40 when the time comes. You don’t look 39.
Surely there’s no way you’re near 40!
I know what you mean about expressions. It’s really hard for me to feel okay with mine too. I think that’s why I don’t mind when the munchkin invades, with his distraction I usually wind up smiling.
Beautiful pic, Deb. Stunning eyes!!!!!!!! Don’t I say that often? It’s because it’s true.
Looking lovely as ususal, my friend. Actually, I was thinking about doing some match-making and was wondering if my 36-year old son was too old for you. I won’t tell him your age and he certainly won’t guess from looking!
Oh you look lovely sunburn and all
Love your site redesign btw.
You look lovely, Deb! Though, that sunburn looks painful!
