Cold and Flu Season

I’ve got my first cold of the season. I was able to get a flu shot this year, so hoping that stays at bay. I’m trying the new Zicam nasal swabs, which they are saying is clinically proven to shorten the length of a cold by 3x. Studies were reported in Ear, Nose & Throat Magazine per the little direction pack. We’ll see….

Breast Cancer and 3 Day Mom

I have a friend Colleen who participated in the 3 Day Walk for breast cancer last year, and raised a heck of a lot of money. You can’t raise that much money without asking for help, and that’s what she’s doing. She’s reaching out asking people to help her raise even more money, $2200 for her walk next year. She plans on doing the 3 Day Walk yet again, raising awareness and money for breast cancer.
